How can it be ₹0 a month?
Your site runs on Cloudflare's free tier, which comfortably covers up to about 30 customers a day. You pay us once for the setup. If you grow past that, hosting and email cost roughly ₹300 to ₹800 a month, paid to those providers directly, not to SlotKaro.
Where does the money go when a customer pays?
Straight to your own bank account by UPI. SlotKaro never holds your money and takes no commission. Cards work through your own Razorpay or Stripe account if you want them.
Do I need a website already?
No. You get a complete booking site with your name, photos, prices and timings. If you already have a website, we add a "Book now" button or put the booking page inside it.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Each person gets their own login with only what they need: front desk staff can take walk-ins and payments, stylists or trainers see their own day, and only you see the money.
I already list on a booking app. Can I keep it?
Yes. Many owners keep the app for discovery and move their regulars to their own site, where there's no commission. Block the app's bookings on your calendar in a tap.
Does it handle GST?
Yes. It makes GST invoices for every booking and counter sale, keeps a cash book and bank book, and exports reports for your CA or Tally. It works whether or not you're registered for GST.
What if I need help later?
Send a WhatsApp message or an email. Small changes such as prices, timings and photos you can make yourself in the admin; for anything else, we do it for you.
